New additional and changes rules and scoring in Mahjong 2015

As we going to have our CNY Mahjong Tournament, let me announce some exciting rules for us to play in Mahjong. The additional rules as follows:

Scoring:
- Now we will have concealed scoring add for 1 fan. Concealed tiles (no pong or chi revealed until the player win by chi mo or sek wu)
- Hidden treasure will have additional 1 more fan due to the new concealed tile fan (previous is 14, now is 15!)

Consecutive wins/lose rules:
- Consecutive lose will change to consecutive winless.
- Small changes in consecutive wins or lose. If the round end result is draw (no one wins), the consecutive wins is reset, but it add to consecutive winless.

Winning rules:
- winning rules for the whole tournament will be same as last year, accumulative winning points.
