More updates on Risk Online as follows:

- Territories now highlight the name whenever you hover the territory.
- Player panel now highlight to show current turn
- Player panel now show how many territories occupied
- When End Turn, it will prompt that you have ended your turn (with or without card)
- Some UI being re-adjusted, resize and re-organize
