Liar Game Tournament

Let's join this game where use your wits to win this game. Similiar like we play the detective game (although we play half way).
The story settings will be as follows:

A group of people which consist of 7 people invited to play Liar Game and win a greatest prize ever - 50 billions dollar.
Each of person have different desire and objective. You may need to discover the rules of the game behind and try to trick your opponent in order to win money.
You will roll your dice and you will given the role and objective to win this forum game.

I will commence the rule of the game after everyone have roll dice.

while waiting tofu and skl for rolling normal dice. I commence the rules and how the game works:

You are playing the game where everyone can win and everyone can lose. All of 7 players will have starting 2 billion asset in starting game.
In this room there is a voting room where only one fellow can go in and vote at one time. In the voting room, you can see there are 3 different colors balls at the tray in each row which are gold ball, silver ball and red ball. You will need to vote either one of these balls.

Rules of voting:
1 - By voting, you are placing ur name at the ball to vote.
2 - You are allow to go in the voting room once in one round and do voting
3 - If your vote more than one color in one round, the first color you vote is only valid
4 - If you didn't manage to vote on time in a round, you lose 1 billion.

Other things you can do in the voting room:
1 - the balls can put back at the tray row or burn at the fireplace
2 - You are only allow to burn one ball at each round

After all the voting has been places by 7 players, you will see the vote result of the round where who will win money or lose money as follows:

Case A:
Gold - 4, Silver - 3, Red -0
The majority vote (which is gold) will gain 1 billion while the minority(which is silver) will lose 1 billion
Same goes if Gold -3, Silver - 4, Red - 0

Case B:
Gold - 1, Silver - 6, Red -0
The majority vote (which is gold) will gain 1 billion but the only one who vote silver will lose 10 billion!
Same goes if Gold -6, Silver - 1, Red - 0

Case C:
Everyone votes gold (or silver)
Everyone lose 1 billion

Case D:
Red - 2 or more and at least 2 voters in total for both gold and silver, for example Gold -2, Silver -3, Red -2
The gold and silver voters will gain 1 billion while the red voters will lose 1 billion.

Case E:
All vote red except one player vote either gold or silver
All the red voters will lose 1 billion and the only player who vote either gold or silver will gain 2 billions

Case F:
If only one fellow vote red
The only player who vote red will lose 10 billions while the rest gain 1 billion

Case G:
In case the gold and silver vote are in tied
Nothing happen.

Case H:
All vote red
Everyone gain 1 billion

Winning and losing game rules:
1 - This game will have 10 rounds.
2 - When all 10 rounds completed, the player who have alot of money gained will win the game.
3 - If the player have in debt of 5 billion or more will be disqualified to continue the remaining round.
4 - When all except one in are disqualified due to debt of 5 billion or more, the last player is the winner and end the game.
